Rooms and Rates

Rooms

There are six guest rooms all located on the second level with a private entrance from the outside (see individual room descriptions below). All of our guest rooms have ceiling fans, large windows and original transoms over the guest room doors to invite the cool lake breeze.

All rooms have very comfortable beds with cozy bath robes and bedding. Abundant fluffy towels and Bath and Body Works toiletries are stocked in each room and bath daily. A refrigerator and microwave are also located on the second level for your convenience.

Main floor common areas include our thirty by seventeen foot library. This spectacular room is a popular area with comfortable couches, easy chairs and of course lots of books and magazines. Our guests often sit and read front of a roaring fire enjoying our 17 foot tall imposing stone fire place or enjoy a movie on our high definition home theater. We have a number of DVD's, videos and games to keep you entertained.

Of course breakfast is included with each room reservation. A continental breakfast is served weekdays while a full breakfast is served on the weekends. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. For you early risers we will have coffee in the library by 7:30 am.

Guest are welcome to use the lawn, beach and docks. You may also make use of our kayak, floating dock and hot tub. If you need a beach towel or picnic basket just let us know.

Master Suite

This spacious suite offers perfect lake views from all windows. A queen sized bed with down comforter will keep you cozy. Your own TV/DVD and sitting area complete the room. A new full private bath is just through the antique French doors. Take a soak or shower in the comfortable slipper tub while enjoying the view of the lake. In season rate $139.00. $25.00 surcharge for one night stays.

Junior Suite

Situated at the end of the hall with a view of the lawn, pond and lake beyond is the Junior Suite. A queen sized bed with down comforter as well as an easy chair for a relaxing afternoon read is awaiting your arrival. This suite includes its own spacious private bathroom with tub and shower. In season rate $129.00. $25.00 surcharge for one night stays.

Guest Rooms

Each cozy guest room offers either a full or two twin beds. These rooms each possess their own distinct personality. Honoring their 1913 lodge heritage, each room includes a vanity/sink area. Additionally, these rooms share two fully outfitted bath rooms. In season rate $79.00. $25.00 surcharge for one night stays.

Wedding Packages

There is no more beautiful spot to host your dream day. A weekend package includes all six rooms for Friday and Saturday nights (we are just around the corner from another B&B and The Inn at St. Ives, a full-service hotel for your other guests) and grounds for your ceremony and reception. We can guide you to several outstanding caterers in the area. The grounds can accommodate up to 100 guests. If you are planning on more then 30 guests, a few special arrangements will need to be made for you and your guests comfort. Ground fees start at $600 (assuming all guest rooms are also booked for the event) and vary depending on the details of your special day as well as the season.

We will be pleased to discuss details and share pictures from previous events.

Policies

Minimum stay is two nights.
For the comfort and safety of all guests a policy of two guests per room regardless of age is strictly enforced
Smoking in the Lodge is not permitted. However, you are welcome to smoke outside on the property.
No pets please.
There is no child care.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted and guests may bring their own.
A 50% deposit check or credit card payment is due when a reservation is made.
Check-in time is 4:00 to 7:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
If you are forced to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund if you cancel ten or more days in advance.
Payment is due upon arrival.
